Our signature workshops are fully engaging experiences aimed both at building innovation skills, and their ability to manage a culture of innovation. They are is aimed at professionals in core innovation teams (such as research and development) and also at professional who do not consider themselves to be in an innovative role, such as support organizations.
The two-hour to two-day programs are built around the five innovation skills (for more information, see “Our Approach”).
The programs are interactive and highly practical, because they are tailored to organizations’ actual real-life issues and individual needs. Workshops are ideally suited for 10-35 people.

Creating the actual innovation is only half the battle — ideas must then be successfully conveyed to others. Very often, scientists, engineers and technical staff go deep into the subject matter of the idea in their presentations. With the best possible intention, they loose track of the forest as they dive into the beauty of a particular tree.
This Pitch-It Workshop shows participants how to convey their idea to an audience that does not have the same level of sophistication of the subject as they do (or who simply need the 30,000 ft perspective). Participants will practice short presentations (around 2-3 minutes) as the pitch for their ideas. Presentations will leave the workshop with a ready pitch that they can use at an upcoming opportunity with a decision maker. Request more information about this workshop.
A workshop that allows innovators to hone and develop communication skills. Often innovators, particularly those from technical fields, struggle to relate their ideas to others effectively. This workshop is geared for analytical participants, who need a fluff-free approach to communication ranging from formal briefings to small group presentations to general management communications. This workshop is a ton of fun for the participants. They will practice – in an engaging way – what it takes to be in the moment and fully present. Using improv techniques, participants will hone their skills to deal with the unexpected, to be able to go off script when the situation requires it and to cope with change when we least expect it. Because participants learn to be more relaxed in unexpected situation, they are better able to handle curveballs, make better decisions and they become more effective as innovators.
